So basically I just graduated from University of Miami with a B.F.A in Acting and this is my first job in the "Real World". I decided that I would document this wild adventure and share with everyone the fear, the rewards and the reality of doing a 12 month Children's Theatre National Tour. My job is to arrive into town Sunday, audition 25-350 kids Monday and by Saturday pull off a full musical production of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves" starring yours truly, Christopher Nelson Harbur.
Allright so that week off reaaaalllly got the best of me today as I was all over the map teaching these kids. We ended up with about 150 kids at the audition which was fine and these kids even had little business cards they tried to hand me during the audition as a gimmick...HA!

My family moves about every 5 years so I have lived almost eveywhere in the world and had to go to High School in 3 different countries which really forced me to grow up a little faster than normal. I love my job touring the U.S. and performing with the kids from different towns and want to make a living doing acting of some kind whether it's children's theatre, T.V, Film or Stage.

...don't forget that what you're doing is affecting kid's & parents' lives in a very positive, real way. Anything you do, even when it seems far from perfection, will leave them better off emotionally & spiritually than if you had done nothing at all!
